عند تقديم طلب نجمع اسمك ورقم هاتفك المتحرك وعنوان التوصيل، وبريدك الإلكتروني إن قدّمته. وعند الاشتراك في رسائلنا نحتفظ ببريدك الإلكتروني ولغتك المفضلة فقط.

## كيف نستخدمه
نستخدم بياناتك لتجهيز طلبك وتوصيله، وللتواصل معك بشأنه عبر واتساب أو الهاتف، ولإرسال رسائل متباعدة عن عطور ڤورين الجديدة إذا طلبت ذلك فقط.

## ما لا نفعله
لا نبيع بياناتك أو نؤجّرها لأي جهة. ولا نرسل رسائل تسويقية ما لم تطلبها، وكل رسالة تتضمن رابط إلغاء الاشتراك.

## مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات للمدة اللازمة لأغراض المحاسبة وخدمة العملاء. ويمكنك أن تطلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت.

VORIN respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you order from us or sign up for our emails, and what we do with it.

## What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email address. If you subscribe to our emails we store only your email address and preferred language.

## How we use it
We use your details to prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about that order on WhatsApp or by phone, and — only if you asked for it — to send occasional notes about new VORIN fragrances.

## What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

## How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and customer-service purposes. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

## Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted. To do any of these, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone using the details on our Contact page.

## Cookies
Our site stores your shopping bag in your own browser so it survives a page refresh. We do not use advertising cookies.

## إذا كان هناك خلل
إذا وصل طلبك تالفاً أو ناقصاً أو مختلفاً عمّا طلبت، تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام وسنعالج الأمر.

## المنتجات المغلقة

## ما لا يمكن إرجاعه
لأسباب صحية لا يمكننا قبول عطر فُضّ ختمه، إلا إذا وصل معيباً.

## كيف تطلب الإرجاع
راسلنا عبر واتساب برقم طلبك وصورة للمنتج، وسنؤكد لك الخطوة التالية ونرتّب الاستلام عند الاقتضاء.

## المبالغ المستردة
تُردّ المبالغ المعتمدة بالطريقة نفسها التي تم الدفع بها، بعد عودة المنتج إلينا والتحقق منه.

## If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.

## Sealed products
[Confirm the returns rule — for example: unopened, sealed bottles may be returned within 7 days of delivery.]

## What cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept a fragrance whose seal has been broken, unless it arrived faulty.

## How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will confirm the next step and arrange collection where applicable.

## Refunds
Approved refunds are issued by the same method used to pay, once the item is back with us and checked.

## الأسعار والدفع
جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي وتشمل الضريبة المطبّقة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. الدفع عند الاستلام: تدفع للمندوب عند وصول طلبك. وستُضاف بطاقات الدفع عند تفعيل مزوّد الخدمة.

العطر تجربة شخصية تتأثر بالبشرة والتخزين والمناخ. ونلتقط صور المنتجات بأكبر دقة ممكنة، وقد تختلف الألوان قليلاً بين الشاشات.

## Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatch, and we may decline an order if an item is unavailable or the delivery details cannot be verified.

## Prices and payment
All prices are in UAE Dirham and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives. Card payments will be added once a payment provider is live.

## Delivery
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times and any fee are shown on the Shipping & Delivery page and at checkout.

## Products
Fragrance is personal and can be affected by skin, storage and climate. Product photographs are taken as accurately as we can, but colour may vary slightly between screens.

We create unisex fragrances that honestly reflect the personality of the wearer — blending the authenticity of oriental ingredients with the sophistication of modern design.
